Install Framemaker using Microsoft Windows Group Policy and the Active Directory Service

I am interested in using Microsoft Windows Group Policy and Active Directory Services to install Frame maker on assigned work stations. I found a white paper (http://www.adobe.com/devnet/acrobat/pdfs/gpo_ad_8.pdf)that describes how to do this with Adobe Acrobat 8, but it does not work with Framemaker 8. I also found a tech note (http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb403296&sliceId=1) that describes how to silently install Framemaker 8 but cannot seem to get that to work either.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi, Robert:

    I suggest you contact tech support again and ask for a supervisor or manager. If a technician refuses to support an installation problem - especially a method that's described in an Adobe tech note - it's probably due to a poorly-trained or poorly-informed technician.

    If the first supervisor or manager can't or won't help, insist on escalating to the highest-level manager.

    Yes I have contacted them. Their response was, "We don't support this type of question without a support contract." While I don't mind purchasing a support contract, they could not even tell me if the support contract would cover my needs.

    Adobe Tech Support, such as it is, provides free installation support.
