Installation on new PC.

I have, and have been using for some years a copy of Framemaker 8. Following a disk crash I got a new PC, and tried to install Framemker. When entering the serial number, it complains that it is already installed on two other computers. It isn't!

It was "installed" on the broken PC, and may well have been installed on a previous one when that bit the dust, but I have no active/useable copies of that Framamaker serial anywhere.

Help please.

    You need to contact Adobe Support and explain the issue - they'll free up the serial number license count so that it can be used on your new machine.
