What does Internal Error: 11024, 21101821, 21093447, 19354980 mean and how do I fix it? Frame has crashed 7 times so far today - makes it difficult to get work done.

This may be the reason due to cross-references. Click update book and uncheck 'All Cross-References' in popup. Hope it helps

Only Adobe engineers can decode the great mysteries of the Internal Error codes – more importantly, what are doing when it happens and are you all patched up on your version of FM (whatever it is – you don’t mention, tsk, tsk!)

    I'm working with a large book - 20 chapters, over 400 pages. I'm trying

to reset the cross-ref format for ?100? references. First time I had all

files open so had 20 recovery files. Started using 5-9 files at a time

so that when it crashed, I only had to rename 5-9 recovery files.

This is one of the error messages received when it crashed:

I don't know if this has to do wit the FrameMaker app or my win7.

Thank you for showing an interest in my issue. I didn't realize it was

going to put a question up and it has my name on it. I filled in a

"screen name" and thought that would be used on the screen. I don't want

my name up there and can't figure out how to get it off. Good think it's

    Friday...

    Thank you.
