It could be any number of things. Is this happening right at start up and immediately crashing FM or is it happening while working on a document? Does it happen consistently on the same file(s)? Are you fully patched to 11.0.2? What operating system and machine configuration do you have? Any other details about when it happens and what you were doing might provide some clues.
