I cannot convert book to PDF - getting internal error. How do I fix this?

It should also be available if you click the Help > Updates... link in FM.

Make sure you’ve applied the FM12 patch – the same one that caused issues with printing to PDF in 11 crept back into FM12 upon the initial release.
