Internal Error: 12044, 4689588, 4689882, 7634277

Hello. I'm helping a colleague troubleshoot an issue she's having when running a script for a structured document in Frame 12. When she runs the script, the document crashes and she receives an error message. We cleared her Windows temp folder and rebooted, but that didn't help. Any ideas what could be causing this? Below is the content of the text file that is generated. Thank you for your help.

    It's quite possible that the script [Extendscript or Framescript?] triggered the crash. The crash log can only be deciphered by Adobe's engineers, so please send it to the specified address.

    Does FM always crash when the script is run or just on a specific document? Who created the script?
