Internal error 16014

Hi,

Some time im getting internal error 16014 while opening large files in framemaker.

what i need to do to solve this issue ? if anyone knows please let me know. please find the attachment of error code

Mail it adobe at fmerror-reports@adobe.com with crash ".dmp" files present at "%appdata%\Adobe\FrameMaker\16".

I have sent the . dmp file to Adobe, but I have not yet received an answer.
