Internal Error

I keep getting an error whenever I try opening a book file in FrameMaker 2017. The error is as follows ;

Internal error 14004, 19171970, 19170129, 26122431. FrameMaker has detected a serious problem and must quit.

I am able to open a document. But if I go the File> New > Book to create a book, it doesn't work. Can anyone help me with this problem.

    Was this happening before (that is, you've never been able to launch FM2017 and open a book or start a new one?)

    If it was working before, what changed? Have you updated your copy of FM2017?

    Well, It was working fine till a couple of hours ago. I tried opening a book with the same name but in a different directory which I guess caused it. My updates are up to date.
