Internal Errors

We get this randomly and it has not been for awhile, but when we try to open a FrameMaker file we get the attached error. We have tried on other computers. Attached is the log file as well.

Any ideas as to what we can do to fix this?

    Depends on what you’re doing at the time this happens and if you’re all patched up.

    We have FrameMaker 10, completely updated and patched and it happens right when we try to apply changes in conditional text formatting.

    That sounds like a known issue – I think it was fixed in FM11
