Internal Errors

I have a couple users getting Internal Errors 14034, 20554030, 20560368, 20560550 when using Framemaker 2017. One is on version 14.0.3.500 and the other is on 14.0.4.511. Does anyone have any idea as to what I need to do to fix this?

Get them both updated first; then check to see if it's all docs or just one in particular. If it's all, then try renaming the user's Prefs folder and restarting again. If it's just one, does it happen when you do some particular action or just randomly? Can you import the content of the "bad" doc into a fresh new one?
