Is anyone having trouble converting a structured book into pdf?

I am having trouble converting a structured book to a pdf. It looks like its converting to pdf when i click on save book as pdf but then nothing happens. No distiller pops up telling me it flushed it. It does create a tps file. Any idea as to what is causing this or am i missing a step in structured to convert to pdf?
