Is it possible to add all open documents to a book at once? Also: renaming book documents ?

I don't mean dragging and dropping all the document icons into the book side panel, I know that method.

I mean if I have all the documents open that I want in a book, when I create a book FM asks me if I want to add the currently selected document to the book... but there doesn't seem to be an option like "add all open documents to book" or something like that. Am I missing something, or is that just not a thing at all?

Also, I have several documents in a book which currently shows a path through several directories so I can't see the document name without scrolling to the right. Is it possible to change some kind of view setting so I just see the document name and not the path?

Assuming the first line in each file is the title of the chapter, you can toggle between the full path/file name and the name of the chapter. That's the second icon from the right in the book file.

As far as I know, there's no way to hide the path, but someone else may know better. I've also never been able to add more than one file when creating a new book file. After that, though, you can use the first icon on the left of the book file to add multiple files at the same time. You'll probably have to move them around once they're added, but multiselect is possible.
