Is it possible to import and and edit structured FM 8 files in FM 15 and keep the structure?

I'm trying to open some old FrameMaker 8 structured files using FrameMaker 15, and keep the structure. Is that possible, or do I need to employe some type of workaround?

Are you talking FM2015 version? Upgrading should be fine as long as you have all the other bits that define the structure in place for that FM8 file.
