Is there a way to prevent the blank pages (that are automatically inserted at the end of documents) from "counting" in the page numbering process?

    Hi OrionDeYoe:

A blank left page is typically inserted at the end of file that ends on a right page to allow the subsequent chapter to begin on a right page. These pages are included in the page count, even through they usually don't display a page number.

You can't tell FrameMaker to not count the blank page automatically, but you can set the page number manually for the subsequent chapter. That said, I'm not sure why you would do that, because you'd end up with an even number on a right hand page. In publishing, left pages use even numbers and right pages use odd numbers.
