I want to know about the way to adjust master page with EDD using props or outputclass.
is there any way to adjust master page with structured authoring way?

Open your structured template (or document), and choose Format > Page Layout > Apply Master Pages. Choose View > References Pages and look for the MasterPageMaps reference page. There is a table there that you can fill into to apply custom master pages based on elements or attributes.
