Issue with using Framemaker simultaniously with Photoshop

Hi,

We have a real problem with using Framemaker together with Photoshop or other Adobe apps. We puchased Framemaker as a VIP license. De other Adobe apps are purchesed in a Fixed Price license. We did it this way because Framemaker can't be bought in the Fixed price license. Both licenses have their own login on Creative Cloud. This results in a headache for the users using both Framemaker and Fixed price apps. Because they have to logout first from one license and logon for the other vice cersa. You can't use them simulaniously. De fixed price license  are federated ID's and the VIP license have a Adobe ID. In out old environment we could make two Adobe ID's in both licenses, that worked quite well (with some struggles when you wanted to install apps frome Fixed price tough). But in our new envorinment this is isn't possible. Is there a way to make te apps working simultaniously again? I just can't imagine that Adobe hasn't thought about this. I also cannot understand why Framemaker can't be in the Fixed price license, or the other apps can't be in the VIP license. I hope someone can shine a light on this! Thanks!

Correct answer Two-fer

I had the same issue with FM and Creative Cloud (specifically Illustrator and Acrobat Pro)--CC was on the corporate account and FM was on my personal account (because there is no business license version of FM (sigh)). In the end, Adobe Support had to move Creative Cloud to my personal account too so I could access both at the same time.

There's your answer @Gertjan van Harten - contact Support (see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.)
