Link to Framemaker (2017 release) Online Help?

The Link to the Online and Offline Help manuals is broken. Does some one know the link?

    Just tried with my FF v. 48.0 and they launch fine - must be something in your environment?

    These Links do not work for me (Firefox latest version, Win 7). Strange.
