MathML in FM 2015

I just installed FM 2015 which says it has a 30 day trial for MathFlow, but clicking Special > MathML Equation... does nothing.  Do I need to get a trial license from Design Science?

    Adobe is providing MathFlow "out-of-the-box" as a free 30-day trial, referring their customers to Design Science for permanent licenses, MathML expertise, ongoing support and upgrades.
