Missing System Variables - FM11

Yesterday I added a new variable to one FM file then noticed most of my system variables had disappeared. Now even when opening any other file, or even starting a new file, most of the system variables are missing. Suggestions?  FM11 v 11.0.2.384

    Never Mind - it seems the missing variables "missing" show up when I am on a master page and not the body page. Opps
