multiple table of contents in one document

I would like to create multiple table of contents in one document. It would look something like the layout below. Each of the documents is a standalone FrameMaker file. Is this possible? I'm wracking my brain for ideas. Thank you!

Group 1 Program

  1. Document: Alligator
  2. Document: Bear
  3. Document: Camel
  4. Document: Deer
  5. Document: Eagle

Group 2  Program

  1. Document: Fish
  2. Document: Giraffe
  3. Document: Hippopotamus
  4. Document: Iguana
  5. Document: Jaguar

Put the individual FrameMaker documents into a FrameMaker book. Then you can add a Table of Contents to the book.

Put the individual FrameMaker documents into a FrameMaker book. Then you can add a Table of Contents to the book.
