need to deactivate framemaker 10 installed on a broken computer

i have a new computer and need to install/use framemaker 10. the original is installed on two computer, one of which is no longer functional. how can i deactivate that copy of framemaker so i can install on my new computer?

You will need to contact customer support to de-activate the version on the non-functional computer. You might need to have your serial number handy.
