Numbered lists mess up sequence of numbered headings.

I am creating documents with numbered headings (i.e. 1; 2; 2.1; 2.1.1; 2.1.2; 2.2; etc). I set up the heading numbering system using the Numbering tab in the Paragraph Designer. Whenever I try to insert a numbered list into the document, however, the heading numbers re-sequence after the list, and they do so in no logically discernible order. Has anyone else seen this issue before?

Correct answer Arnis Gubins

Are you using a series label to keep the numbering streams distinct and separate? e.g. H:<n+>.< =0> for heading1, H:<n>.<n+>< =0> for heading2, H:<n>.<n>.<n+> for heading3, etc.

That was it. I knew I was forgetting something. Coming back to Frame after a 6 year hiatus, little things have slipped through the cracks. Thanks for the help.
