Numbering building blocks

There are 4 numbered styles.

- Numbered

- Numbered1 (for the first in a list)

- Subnumbered1 (for the first in a list - 2nd level in a hierarchy)

- Subnumbered

Numbered 1 is used, followed by 3 instances of Numbered.

Then when I apply Numbered again, I want the number to be 2 (the next level list is based on the alphabet, not numeric).

However, the next number was 5.

The building blocks in defining Numbered = <n+>< >< >.\t

How do I fix this?

If it something like this:

Then the numbering codes are:

N0 Numbered 1 = M:<n=1>.\t

N0 Numbered + = M:<n+>.\t

N1 Numbered 1 = M:<n=1>.\t

N1 Numbered + = M:<n+>.\t

If you are channging the M to an N (or something) you can completely separate the numbering sequences

What are the building blocks defining Subnumbered? Also, do you have a series label?
