Official Structured Frame Support Contact

Is there a phone or email contact to get official support for structured frame?. If I think I see a bug can I report it?  I called the regular Adobe support number and the tech had no idea what I was talking about and said there was no support for Framemaker.

Feel free to post details of your issue here in the forum, and you at least get a peer review. Which sometimes turns out to be helpful. There are quite a few people who went through real bugs and just product limitations.
