Offline install of FrameMaker and Creative Suite

We have recently purchased additional licenses of subject software for use on an air-gapped network. We are not able to install. What is the method to accomplish?

This comes up on the FrameMaker forum with some regularity. I believe the answer is that you need to call the TCS team to make the request. Use techcomm@adobe.com or call +1-866-647-1213.

For the CC apps, I would start here: https://www.adobe.com/trust.html. There is a chat bubble in the lower right corner. If they can't answer, perhaps they can point you in the right direction.
