order of TOC and files in export to epub?

When I export a book to epub using Publish, the epub file will always come out with the TOC at the very end of the file rather than after the front matter where it sits in the FM book file.

I can't figure out why. It seems like a bug somehow. Can it be fixed I wonder? Anybody here who can answer?

    What version of FM? Maybe @Matt-Tech Comm Tools has some insight on this one. I think he did some ePub work with his books at some point.

      Thank you @Jeff_Coatsworth  I am running FrameMaker 2022 rev 01. The issue seems like a common issue. I can see there a lot of posts regarding this amongst the InDesign folks, but every post seem to point in the direction of editing the the epub after generation. Which I would like to avoid, if possible.
