Page break following table

Hello.  I have a particular problem with page breaks in a document I'm writing.  I have Heading 3 subsections that include nothing but a table (it's a list of parameters with descriptions).  This section is followed by another Heading 3 which usually only has a line or two (the return value for the function).  Whenever the Parameter section with its table comes near the end of the page so there's no room for the Return Value section on the same page, Framemaker bumps both sections to the following page.  I cannot figure out how to get Framemaker to keep Parameters on page 1 while putting Return Value on page 2 other than forcing a page break or putting in a blank line ahead of the Return Value section.  Any ideas?

Hey, thanks.  It was the "Keep With Next Pgf" that was hosing me up.  If I de-select that, my Parameters section can be separated from my Return Value section.  Problem solved.

What's the widow/orphan control setting for the paragraph format? Is the keep with previous option selected?
