Paragraph Styles Missing from PDF Bookmark Setup

Hi, there. Some paragraph styles are not present in the PDF bookmarks chooser for my book. Why would this be? I am going kind of nuts trying to figure it out. The styles I'm looking for are actively being used in at least one file in the book, so this doesn't make sense to me. I am guessing it's something easy and I'm overlooking it (the user guide did not help, lol). Thanks, everyone!

    Hi,

    I think that you can select only those formats which are present in the file.

    Or at least.which are present in the very first file of the book. And of course you have to update your book.

    I would have to test this to be completely sure.

    Another possibility would be that the format does not appear in the list of formats. You can set this, when you create a new format.

    Find a component in your book that has all of the paragraph formats in your book and drag it to the first file position in the book. Update the book and then see if all of the paragraph formats show up. Set them as required and then move the file back into its correct position in the book. This should work.

      This was actually extremely helpful for some other issues I was having with inconsistent styles. Appreciate it ,sir!
