problem activating FM on new computer

Recently, I had to purchase a new computer. Previously, I had FM installed on two PCs -- one using Windows Vista os and the other using Windows 7 os. The Vista computer developed problems and the hard drive had to be reformatted. FM was erased from that computer at that time. I have installed FM on my new computer, but am getting a message that I have reached the maximum number of activations and that if I don't deactivate it on one of my other computers, it will stop working in 30 days. The help files say that Adobe detects when a problem like this happens and an application no longer works on a particular computer, but it hasn't seen this -- perhaps because I couldn't get online after the crash. Who would I contact or what can I do to deactivate the copy that's on the dead computer? Thanks.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.

Contact Adobe Support & explain what’s happened. Your mistake was in not deactivating the Vista machine before reformatting the drive.
