Problem with Adobe FrameMaker Publishing Server Installation.

Hi guys,

I have some issues during the Adobe FrameMaker Publishing Server installation process.
Based on fmps-user-guide, I installed the MongoDB, added the user, and when I executed the Set-up.exe, I got a white screen.

 

Maybe, someone has an idea what is wrong?

Fixed by enabling the scripting in the Internet Options -> Security -> Custom Level -> Scripting -> Active Scripting -> Enable

    Very very few people on here use the Publishing Server version of FM. You'd be better off contacting the FM folks directly - see https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.
