Problems installing Framemaker 12

I'm trying to install FrameMaker 12.

I downloaded the following files from Adobe URL:

     - Adobe_Framemaker_2017_English_Windows-AkamaiDLM.exe

     - Framemaker_12_LREFDJ.7z

     - Framemaker_12_LREFDJ.exe

I activated the 1st file and then the 3rd file.

I selected the free trial option and the installation was not able to complete.

I got the following message:

     "Some items for the following product(s) could not be installed successfully" and then the "FrameMaker symbol"

Selecting the "error summary" file option I got the following description:

Exit Code: 6

Please see specific errors below for troubleshooting. For example,  ERROR: DF022, DW030 ...
