Problems reinstalling TCS 4 (Invalid Serial Number)

Question

I recently had to restore my computer from a backup and now it thinks that my TCS4 is a Trial version. I attempted to put the serial # for my license using the "License this Product" option, but it says it was invalid. My IT Support team decided to uninstall 4, reinstall 3 and try to add 4 back, but when I get to the Serial Number fields, it says my serial number is INVALID. Anyone know what to do here?

That looks like only an upgrade product – you would need to have TCS2 installed & run that one to upgrade to 3; if you’re going to TCS4 with an upgrade product, you need TCS3 in place.

Here's the SKU Description for the product I am trying to install: "Adobe TechnicalSuit 3.0 WIN Upgrade License UE FR ATST 1/1.3/2 (65100415)"
