"Publish" menu is unvailable on Framemaker 11

Good afternoon,

Our documentation pole told me that they can't publish document (chm file).

I really don't know how Framemaker works. Do you know why I can't access to "Publish" menu ?

This option is only available if the Technical Communication Suite version of FrameMaker is installed together with the RoboHelp application.

You can't publish a .chm file from the stand-alone version of FM11. This option, however, is now available with FM12.
