Putting a frame over a single character and having it anchor?

Kind of like the R with a circle like the Registered Trademark, but with a W instead of R.Or do I have to create that as a graphic to have it stay in line with surrounding text?

    If you have a font that populates them, why not use either:
    ⓦ U+24E6 CIRCLED LATIN SMALL LETTER W
    Ⓦ U+24CC CIRCLED LATIN CAPITAL LETTER W
    \u24e6 or \u24cc in FM dialogs
    Superscript as needed.

     

    When I need these, I do them as Variables.
