Reasons why Framemaker 2015 crashes?

I've been using Framemaker 2015 for over a month now, and almost everyday for various reasons it crashes. I have both automatic save every 2 minutes plus automatic backup on save (I lost two hours of work recently so I'm trying for maximum protection). I'm on Windows 7 on a 64 bit system--and all resides on my computer. There doesn't seem to be any common function I was doing at each time. Each time was different to the point where the last crash I think I was just clicking the mouse. Any ideas? I checked for updates, and it indicated that I have the latest.
