Reference page technical doc
Not long ago I came across a document that describes all the inner workings of reference pages - structure, syntax, etc. Can't find it again - anyone know about it?

These pages are used in connection with
- graphics above/below paragraphs
- graphics for reference withing the document
- definitions for creation of TOC and Index
- Definitions for the 'simple HTML conversion'
- Specials by various plug-ins
You may have a look into my compendium document and check the TOC for "Reference Page".
