replacing font collapses whitespaces

Why after replacing a missing font (Helvetica -> Arial)  several paragraphs get whitespaces collapsed?

As soon I type a space the justification return normal.  Is there a way to fix the formatting aberration using one command for the all frame file istead of going paragraph by paragraph?

I attached a video that shows the beahviour.

    See if this works. Copy the text below and paste it into a plain text file. Save it with a .jsx extension. Open your document and choose File > Script > Run and select the script and click OK.

    var doc = app.ActiveDoc;
    if (doc.ObjectValid () === 1) {
        doc.Rehyphenate ();
        doc.Redisplay ();
    }
