Roboscreen Capture shortcuts don't work

Question

I am running FM 11 and is setting up a small manual and need to use Roboscreen Capture. Initially the shortcuts to launch RSC did work, but all of a sudden they don't. I have tried restarting, Num lock, Caps lock and what else might be at my to figure out why I can't make it work but no results. I can start the program and make it work if I point and click on the menus using my mouse - but that is of little help because I need to capture dropdowns and other dynamics on the screen.

Can anyone help?

Hi Bjorn,I think you'll find that you have another application that has the same keyboard shortcuts as those specified in RoboScreen Capture. In this instance for some unknown reason RoboScreen Capture disables the keyboard shortcuts. These can be turned back on via the Options menu.
