Rotating an entire FM book from Portrait to Landscape

How do I rotate an entire book (or that is, all pages of the documents that are part of a book) from Portrait to Landscape?

I know that the question of mixing Portrait and Landscape pages has come up and been answered on this forum multiple times.  This one is about rotating the entire document, with all pages going from Portrait to Landscape.

Environment:  Win7 64-bit, FM11.0.2.384 (as part of TCS4)

Just create a template with the Master Pages oriented as required and apply the Master Pages only via File > Import > Formats to all files in the book.

Make sure that the names of the Master Pages are the same in both

templates.... If they aren't, the new set won't be applied.
