How should I create the combined index Group Title and sort order in Russian and Greek documentations?

This is an fm book with 12 fm files with multiple languages index markers in them.

Is the final product a single multi-lingual manual, or one manual per language?

The final product one Russian manual which contains some English Index marker (this is because we develope a software, called ArchiCAD, so every word ArchiCAD stay in English as index marker). There are a lot of English expressions as index markers in this documentation.
