Safe as PDF does't work

Hello Community,

I've installed a Framemaker 2015.

I got a document made by FM12.

If I start a pdf production for a single fm file - it works, but the same for the book, what I actually want, - it fails with a message "can't open first_file.fm ".

In the document some fonts are missing and replaced by default.

What is a Problem?

    You have identified the problem. When FM is saving the book as a PDF, it fails to properly open a file because of the missing font, causing the entire process to fail for the book.

    You can either fix the font issue or open ALL files in the book first (which temporarily addresses the issue by substituting fonts) and then use the SaveAsPDF on the book file.

    Hi,

    When saving as PDF from Book containing previous version files, you need to open the previous version fm files.

    Please open the FM12 file and then try to save as PDF from the FM 2015 Book
