save as review pdf is grayed out

Did you install the full Acrobat? Did you use the default settings for the FM installation? If so, and you installed FM after Acrobat, FM would have installed the PDFCreator option (a dumbed-down headless version of Distiller) that probably stomped all over the Acrobat installation. Try using the Repair under the Help in Acrobat to see if this makes the option in FM available. If not, you might have to do a re-install.
