Save ditamap as book with fm components clears some of the table titles

Hi

During this week I have faced a strange problem. When I save my ditamap as book with fm components some of the tables don't show the title. Table and number is shown but after that there is an empty row. I have 20 tables in the document at the moment. Yesterday I tried moving the tables from one topic to another and then it was working. But now I noticed that the problem is now in another place. Tables 7...10, 18 and 19 are missing the titles.

And the most strange thing is that I have not done anything to the topics including those tables missing the titles now.

Has anyone had the same problem?
