Saving Chapters of FM Document in HTML

Is there a way to save the chapters of a FrameMaker document as separate HTML files so that the cross-reference links between them work? If I save each chapter separately in HTML format, the links between them are broken. Thank you.

Have you looked at Publishing the book as Responsive HTML5 topic files?

@Jeff_Coatsworth : There is no such thing as Responsive HTML5 in FM-12... In FM-12 we had only plain HTML output using the various HTML reference pages...

Whoops - thinking of newer versions there. I actually am still using FM12 and creating HTML5, but it's via the FM to RH import route. I think WebHelp and CHM are the only Publish options in FM12, IIRC.

What version of FM? That could be important too for your options.
