Question

Side by side page view

This may have been covered before, but I couldn't find it online. I am using FrameMaker 16.0.4. How can I review two FrameMaker pages side by side that are in different books and show the word differences between the two? If that's not possible, how can I at least preview both pages side by side?

Thanks!

I posted without the link to the Acrobat compare feature and now I can't edit my post. Here is a third alternative.

    Hi @kweather9122:

Open both files. Close the Welcome Screen. Choose Window > Tile to set the two files up side-by-side.

FrameMaker has a little known Document Compare feature designed for this specific situation. I wrote about it along time ago, but it hasn't changed.

FWIW, Adobe Acrobat has a similar document compare feature. Some people prefer that one instead.
