Smart Paste Issue

Hi,

Framemaker Version:2019

DITA version: 1.2

The Smart Paste feature is not functioning at all. When I try using the feature, FM processes it and nothing happens.  I was trying to tweak the h2d.xsl file such that a paragraph is wrapped within <p> element before copying it to the entry element, but I reverted any changes. Please let me know if I am missing something.
