some keyboard keys does not work with FrameMaker

Hello,

From some weeks, some keyboard keys (above all the “g” key) have difficulty to work with FrameMaker and other apps. But when I write in the Windows notepad it is working very well. I have tried a lot of solutions, but with no success. Have you some fixes to give me in order to solve this keyboard problem ?

I have a Lenovo Thinkpad laptop.

    Hi Pierre:

    “FrameMaker and other apps” makes it sound like this goes beyond FrameMaker.

    I found this:

    “Some keys not working on a Lenovo laptop is usually caused by a software glitch, wrong accessibility settings, a driver issue, or a physical hardware defect”
