Is it possible to print flyer of that size with a few pages. I want to print it and I also want to read it on the computer, so the program or the printer should order it by itslef.

You can define custom page sizes in FM. To get it to print as a flyer, you will need some sort of imposition tool (they usually are for working on PDF files) to arrange the pages in the correct order when printing. Acrobat has a minimal function for this when you print as a booklet
