I am using FM 2019 (15.02)  OS: Window 10, Oct. Update

I am trying to import/convert a .doc file using a .sts file (created in a previous version of FM).

Result: FM 2019 shuts down. Error can be repeated.

Any ideas?

    Ok, so now build a new .sts file to try out - if it crashes, then there's something about using the sts that's wrong; if it doesn't, then there's something wonky in your existing .sts file you're trying to use.

    What result do you get if you skip using the .sts file? Still crashes?

    Without the sts file, it doesn´t crashes.
