Table dialog box not showing in FM12, unstructured

Question

After inserting tables into headers (in master pages), I can't see the Insert Table dialog box when I try to insert a table on a body page. If I hit Escape, normal function resumes. If I hit Enter, I get a table, with the current values in the dialog box. Any idea why it's not showing ??

I figured it out ...Multiple monitor setup. The dialog box was showing on the laptop screen, not on either of the large monitors.Thanks for your help.

The Insert Table window is a modal one, which disappears after a table has been inserted. Use the menu entry Table > Insert or the shortcut <esc> t i to display the window again. Many of FM's dialogs are sticky, i.e. they keep the last entered values.
